LOL I was hitting a tire once with a hammer out behind the gym I used to work at and some dude in a Hummer came to a screeching halt. He jumped out and started screaming about the "300 Workout." I was unaware of a workout at that point so that shit must've been just coming out.

Anyway, he was most definitely a douche (super tan 45 year old in Affliction or Affliction-like shirt, driving a hummer, blasting metal of some sort) and by the look of the eye he was giving me I'd say buttfucking was in his thoughts. He also mentioned @Fit.

That was the first time I heard of the 300 workout.

That FagFit facility isn't too far from where I live. About 20 minutes. Those things are popping up all over the place. Fuck, there is even a small one near where I live which is a small town.

I thought-no exaggeration-that this woman was going to die between events at the @fit games last year. She is very strong relative to her body weight, and she has crazy endurance. But she is also going to permanently fuck herself up given her current path.

This might be the most patently untrue thing I've read in recent times. Spartans were hard as nails, insanely violent ultra-athletes who kept slaves to do all of their farming and housework so they could spend all of their time getting better at killing. After resisting conquest by the Macedonians, they resisted the Romans as well- fuck, they even managed to stay pagan until the 10th century, in spite of the fact that they were hip deep in the middle of Christianity. Few groups of people have been harder in history than the Spartans.

Furthermore, if history forgot them, you wouldn't have had the opportunity to write your ill-conceived shitshow of a post. The irony of that fact, apparently, is lost on you.
