Funny shit here. Kyle Maynard (a QUADRUPLE amputee) can do the WOD, but couch can't and the kool-aid drinkers STILL have to come to his defense over and over and over. The funniest shit is when some @fitter eventually asks "when was the last time you saw an NFL head coach practicing with his team?"

they. just. don't. get. it.

Guess the military isn't supporting the couch any more. Boo fucking hoo.
Some ugly news on the USAF and CrossFit.

1.Bottom Line: A military affilliate just got shut down by the folks who run the gym on base. These particular DoD fitness people are doing exactly what people do when they feel threatened by the truth - they protect their empire...

2.Maybe it shouldn't surprise me as a military member since it seems that DoD fitness protocols, facilities, and fitness "experts" have been failing about 90% of their gym customers for decades - why change now?

3.What should we (the DoD CrossFitters) do? Thoughts?
Dear lurking @fitter,

FYI:
1. The military doesn't feel threatened by the "truth" about high intensity fitness, they are threatened when you douchenozzles injure service members and they then cannot work or deploy.

2. If you are in the military and are failing physically it is your own fault. 12 step program for military fitness: 1. Show up at gym and workout. 2. Shut your piehole. 3. Stop putting so much pie in it. "Reapeat" 9 more times and take a back off week.

3. Neckties, hemlock, high voltage!

LMFAO Only an @fitter would think a 450 pin pull was worth bragging about. That or it was a beautiful troll.

For time:

The mysterious alchemy that is the seemingly random hidden genius of the planning which occurs deep inside the HQ black box is beautifully demonstrated by this WOD.

Gagliardi did this in 3:21 as I recall.

At the gym last night: @fit dude wearing a @FFB shirt (the back had some crap slogan about forging powerful athletes). I was there for about a half hour and had done my box squats and was working on a BW circuit; he had done. . .nothing that I could see. Looked like he had the rack set up for floor presses, but only had the empty bar on the pins.
The real site was his partner; a full-on andro chick. Good thickness, nice ass, Asian, hyooge guns, wearing knee-socks (the dead giveaway as no other woman in the gym, including my wife, was wearing them). The other @fitter give away?
She got up on the bar and ripped off about a dozen kipping pull-ups. Some MMA boys were impressed.
I'm trying to find out what local affiliate they would run with.

I believe you are talking about myself and my girlfriend that were at 24 hour fitness in Anaheim on wed evening. Yes I had the rack set up for pin presses, obviously you missed the end result which had 450 on the bar. It is funny you seem to notice everything else but that. By the way, the only person I seen doing box squats was some SKINNY FUCK using the red metal box in the power rack about ten min before? why did I notice? because what you call box squats was NOTHING NEAR a real box squat, and I am being really nice when I say that.

I will tell you just like I did my girlfriend that same night after leaving the gym. "I did not see one person at that gym that looked like they had trained a day in their life" .

So you would like to know "what Affilate I would run with" ? Feel free to send me a message and I will be glad to let you know! :)

P.S. Thank's for the kind words about my girlfriend, I am willing to bet that she could out lift you in every realm, even being drug free that she is.

Welcome friend. Ignore the derisory comments about your pin pull. It will have turned into 700lbs before you know it if you stay true to your program. This place is a good find, and I am sure you will learn - and contribute - plenty during your stay here. FYI, on fridays we post pics of crossfit gals to critique their form and check it doesn't fall outside of the 20% slop range. Perhaps you could contribute to this?

Where did the pin pulls come from? Did not Sofa and Slapshot talk about floor presses?

Regardless, the real issue here is the verity of Slap's claim to having a hot azn girlfriend.

Yes, the claim was a 450lb pin press, not pulls. He was laying under the pins; pins on the bottom setting of the rack.
From what I could see, he would be pushing the bar a max of 2 inches off the pins. His arms were at about full extension just reaching the bar.

BTW, who did he already know here to get his account activated? If I hadn't seen them both, I would suspect a sock puppet.

If by "patriot," he means "gin-swilling fornicator with a Napoleon complex" then I agree with that part. "Great American"? Not so sure about that. But then again, he's given us so much and this is the thanks we give him.
