So wait, it costs $1000 to learn to fling PVC around, and it $2000 to learn to fling it with virtuosity?

You mean strength makes you good at @F? Noted. Check out that virtuosity in the background with the burpees. That has to be a 2" jump at the end.

They actually fail the majority of the attendees at the Level 2's. I know of one affiliate owner who deservedly failed miserably at his Level 2, and then was quick to sign up for this new "intermediate" cert. I'm sure in the hopes that by kicking in another $1000, they'll be less likely to fail him next time through.

Couch
There's all kinds of fun to be had with this statement...

"Just because you're 175 pounds doesn't excuse or exempt you from needing a 405 back squat."

or

"Just because you're broken from an old gymnastics injury doesn't excuse or exempt you from exercise."
"Know that! & Know it deep you fucking loser!"

He seems to have changed. His old photos with her said, "Oh how I wish I could hit it." Now they say, "I hit it."
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Being there for your son's Level 1 Cert...
PRICELESS!

Many thanks to lead instructor Pat, flowmaster Joe and the rest of the Columbus/Gahanna instruction crew for a fantastic cert. It doesn't matter how much I read, or how many videos I watch, nothing beats being at a Crossfit cert. My son Lil'Bingo was rapt throughout.

His Dad was thrilled.

Is there a bigger douche than Bingo? What is his story? And where is Barry Cooper? Rehab?
