I never realized that I subconsciously desired a sense of community and camaraderie. I now have that with CrossFit NFT, the CrossFit affiliate that I train at. Every day I workout I am surrounded by friends and competitors. We push each other to reach our potential, and celebrate each other’s personal accomplishments. I originally thought it was the variably programmed workouts that appealed to me, but now I realize it was the kind of people that CrossFit attracted, and the way it brought them together which made me come back for more. We are a small tribe of restless hunters, seeking to express our joy for the realization of our bodies’ capabilities.

When we workout together we aren’t just exercising, we’re bonding in one of the most primal of ways. It is a special experience when you or your friend are comfortable with sharing one of the most vulnerable states we can ever be in, that of utter exhaustion

We learned that:
1. The goodness of big asses is something we can all agree on.
2. Some of the guys on here would do some pretty frightening women if given the opportunity.
3. Couch is drunk as usual, but HQ is now actively displaying that fact.
4. Barky has a trust fund.

Agreed on all counts, though I am more partial to 1 & 2.

Nice work guys.

so who is that tattooed skank?
I agree with whoever said she was sexable.
Tasty indeed.
Please don't say it's a new and improved Renee Lee...I might kill myself if I went on the record as saying she was sexable.

I know. I can't imagine anyone who isn't a gay homosexual not being up for showing her a good time.

Sure, she'll probably stab you to death in a drugged up rage, but what's sex without a little danger?

No danger here - unless you're worried about getting forcibly impregnated by this thing.

That tatooed bitch got hit hard by the ugly stick. Daddy missed one too many piano recitals and she'd definitely be a crazy fuck, but not worth the price of admission (herpegonasyphillitis)

Continuing the hate:

First I give you this faggot:
"Deadlift (DL) 10, 8, 5, 3, 3, 3 (pr or fail) 120sec rest between

95-155-175-185-195-200

This felt great. I was amazed how well this went. I may have been able to do more. I liked it. I researched my other log in BTWB and found that my PR is 205. - 5'9 168lbs "male"
This was found digging a few weeks back, presumably before this happened:
So here I am again. The end of year 2. March 14, 2009 to March 14, 2010. I'm very happy to have completed another year of CrossFit incorporating CrossFit Endurance. In July 09, I entered a 5K race which I haven't run competitively in years. I was somewhat disappointed in my finish so I turned to CFE. I was doing great until I got overzealous and went for an 8K race in November 09. As I upped the mileage I started to have some soreness in my lower legs. I pushed through it and completed the 8K, getting a personal record for mileage and time. I was so happy. But during the race I hurt my knee. Iced it well and healed perfect. However, the chronic pain in the lower left leg beneath the knee hurt even more. I've been biking ever since and now seeing specialists for a bump found on my tibia. Stress fracture? We'll see. So it looks like it will be a while for running. Additionally, I over did everything else too. I have tennis elbow in right, golfer's elbow in left, and shoulder issues on the right. I've gone way down in CF WODs and mainly been biking and doing yoga. Even though a lot has gone wrong, I'm up beat because I was making great gains prior to all the injuries. My Oly lifts were getting good and strong, CF total was PR, dialed in the zone diet, completed all beginner requirements recommended by CF Seattle, running was awesome, and I've found a new love for biking. Detailed Blog here.
Hmm... so one year straight of aimless gin fueled "programming" combined with one year of meth calves philosophy resulted in total body breakdown. Knee, check. Elbows, check. Shoulder, check. He needs to go all the way and castrate himself in the name of couch.

The other @fit gyms in VB are busy scooping up all of barky and tatty's former clients. By the time those two get back from NY, there won't be anyone left.

I don't get why so many are hating on that tattooed woman in the pink. Probably a little crazy but she's pretty cute and has a nice body.

Forgot the link for the above @fitter http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=44082. Apologies.

Now for a cesspool of elitism and social commentary capped off with Renee Lee's fat virgin twat getting aroused, try this link. I didn't make it very far. The elitism is too much to handle.

An exerpt of the hairy cunt's sexual frustration spilling out onto the interwebs:
It is people like you that MAKE those folks so f***ing stressed out. Aiming for and revelling in their aggravation makes you just as bad if not worse than they are themselves.

Does it really take too much effort on your part to wave these people off if you're not leaving, or point to the other row if you know your car's over there? alleviate some of their stress by being courteous and kind and renewing their faith in human decency, would you? Jesus

Agree on the body. But I have to say that tattoo on the left arm is spooky. And I sense kooky eyeballs behind those shades.

It looks like she doing carbon copies of trailergirl's tattoos, down to the Mexican skulls on the quads. Pretty creepy.

And very not hot. That girl is not turning any heads in RL.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

And this is not a nice body.

No curves and ugly as fuck.

I can take crazy, I like dirty, and tattoos aren't a bad thing.

But no tits, no ass, and fucking buttahface are a deal killer.

She'd be a nice late night fuck at your buddies when everyone else has passed out or left. But there is no way I'd go after an ugly bitch like that.
