Robin bought this on Amazon.
Quite possibly the worst dvd in the history of instructional fitness media. It's SO bad, we could only force ourselves to watch ten minutes of it. Watching a scar heal would be more exciting. I have no personal attacks to make. That is senseless and meaningless. Apparently the crew at Dragondoor has no concept of production design, pacing, set decorating, props, music, or video editing. Anything filmed by a FLIP hand held video would be vastly superior.
I lack the words to describe how bad this is. It's really, really, really, BAD.
ANYTHING by Anthony Diluglio would be better. I have some of his dvd's with a train along style. His videos have music, good pacing, and a great instructional format.
Kettlebell Goddess gets zero stars..... Let me rephrase that. It gets negative 5 stars. It's awful.

Damn. The original "Tough Love" video was produced very well.
The flesh is weak, and the smell of pussy is strong like a muthafucka.
