I used to be much more into crossfit before :

1) in order to be an elite crossfitter you had to wear vibrams i mean innov8's i mean new balances's i mean now reeboks

2) there was a crossfit handjob certification that cost 1800 dollars

3) affiliates can have shitty poor form, cause injuries, not even train true crossfit methodology, and get no repercussions as a result, just grow larger and larger as they help fat people get slightly less fat

4) the whole " zone i mean paleo i mean zone again" nutrition laugh of a joke

to be honest, she is another one that is in control of the "empire" that looks like she hasn't touched a weight in 5 years. She looks like she does jazzercise for chrissakes....

Oh yeah. She was complacent with the infidelity and substance abuse for, seemingly, as long as she could play too. I imagine that GG not going along with chillin' when the twins came had a lot to do with the whole sordid mess.
