So, no couch sightings at the Games? I even had a bounty posted for anyone who could get a picture with him while they were wearing a Team Gorilla shirt. Bonus points if they got couch to wear the Team Gorilla shirt.

As of today, the reward remains uncollected. That, and Twitter was abuzz with puzzlement at the complete lack of couch sightings.

Did The 'Bok keep him safely under wraps the whole time?

Drugged out she-males killed womyn's bodybuilding and will make Reebok run like a fat chick from a salad.

Proof positive that Camille is actually a gibbon, or some other sort of arboreal primate.

+1. To say that @F's interpretation of a muscle-up is even related to "gymnastics" is too much of a stretch any longer. I remember in the @FJ when they used to say that if you could muscle-up, you could climb over any wall you could get your fingers on top of.

Just like many @Fers can do kipping pull-ups without actually being able to deadhang a single one, being able to kip a muscle-up implies nothing about being able to get over an actual wall.

On the mainpage, the accusations of PEDs and that Froning may have been given a leg up on the competition (he just seemed to do SO well on the entire skills portion!) are coming fast and furious, in too great a number to all be deleted by the controllers.

The fact that they are only doing "random" drug testing (I'm guessing Annie Sakamoto will be "randomly" skipped for testing) still shows what a cult joke this event is.

I've had more than one @fitter email me in the past and not so distant past about cycling information. no shit...

I always said to ask someone else.

These @fitters are fucking stupid if they think their heroes wouldn't do a few cycles for 250K.

I would be hooked up to a goddamn IV and most of us would as well.

If anyone thinks those guys/girls were on something, they haven't been crossfitting long enough.

It has been said before and I'll say it again: Crossfit is for bored upper-middle-class yuppies who confuse it with sports because they have no experience of the actual athleticism and mentality of true top-level athletes.

Do any of them notice that all of their top competitors are D-level athletes from other sports? If you can't cut it in your original sport at least you can be kings and queens of the strength-and-conditioning world's Mole People.

i can't count the number of times as the second or third place guy in a USAPL meet where i would get tested and the winners would not. They knew i was clean and i counted as a clean test for test.

Drug testing, unless run by the USADA Nazi's, is a joke.

More power to them but those chicks are so sauced up you could grill them.

The problem is, as i pointed out before, is that corporate types freak over folks who are on.

And Reebok is Masshole Corporate D-bag Headquarters.

Another 6 gauge needle in the coffin of those low lifes...

Compare muscle-ups. @Fitters were up in arms about this guy's muscleups, but suddenly it doesn't look so bad, right?

Graceful? Only reason it looks graceful is because it's in slow-motion. Real-time speed looks like a goldfish thrown out of its bowl.

That's a great point, PL54, and I've seen that very same trend.

2cd or 3rd guy gets tested, and the winner, who is obviously jacked, does not. The USAPL is full of these little inconsistencies that make it hard to support the organization, including supporting judges with vendettas against specific lifters.
