Is there a list of "athletes" that were tested for the games, or should we assume everyone was using?
Did they list their stacks anywhere?

It's an Icelandic trait. In my family we call it our "neanderthal brow".GoDogGo! wrote:Jesus. That ginger on the right has a brow ridge bigger than mine.powerlifter54 wrote:George B wrote:Seriously, people look at this

i am usually a fan of Andro friday but today, August 5, is the most disturbing WGM Andro Friday ever. With 2-3 exceptions, today was way more Andro then Friday.
Disturbing.

What about those massive bags under the eyes? Icelandic trait, or signs of stage 1 adrenal fatigue?

Re: The couch thread
I don't have time to post pics of the top three competitors right now, but since everyone knows what they look like already, I figured I'd post some pics of the bottom 3 finishers in the @F gaymes. Can you tell any difference?
(dead last) Mona Pretorious (an Olympic OL hopeful for South Africa):

(next to last) Candice Howe:

(third to last) Tarasa Barnett:

General leanness and delts/tarps as compared to the top three are obviously WAY different. What's the guess that NONE of the top three women actually got "randomly" tested?

Didn't you make the point, like a year ago, that very few men are able to get the upper back development that these "women" have without being on the needle?powerlifter54 wrote:George B wrote:Seriously, people look at this

I was not a fan of this friday's postings. Sorry WGM.

The degree of leanness coupled with the overdevelopment of traps and shoulders is definitely suspect. Below is a pic of a decent natural woman bodybuilder. Note the definition and size compared to the XF winners.

She had a few kids at some point too.
I don't believe she competed in any "drug tested" CF Games until 2011.

Re: The couch thread
Sorry, WGM, but I agree with the above. The rank and file @fit chicks and the SINS girls, and even the lower half of the finishers as posted by Captain Quack, are way hotter than the top gaymes competitors with the exception of Camille. But you know your target audience better than I do. I just hope you're not contributing to body dysmorphia among your already truly hot contributors.baffled wrote: I was not a fan of this friday's postings. Sorry WGM.

Sakamoto definitely has the look, now, and if you look at some pics when she was one of the three Crossfit poster girls, she had a bit of it then.

Re: The couch thread
Even with the Games all wrapped up Reebok is not exactly aggressively marketing @fit beyond the existing community, are they?
So, is their mission to sell @fit to the greater masses, or to sell silly shit to the @fit community? Which is it?

Re: The couch thread
how much control does or will reebok have over x-fit?
training program? spokesmen/women? featured athletes (is reebok comfortable with the amazons who were at the top of the games)?)
if you partner with a cult, do you change it or do you milk it? the former may not work. the latter makes you some money as long as you can endure the embarrassment.

They see how much money CF'ers are willing to pay for items that say Elite or Crossfit on them they figured they might as well attempt to cash in on it too.WildGorillaMan wrote:So, is their mission to sell @fit to the greater masses, or to sell silly shit to the @fit community? Which is it?

Well, no offence, but IGx has never been my target market, if you know what I'm saying.

That said, those shirts are bamboo, which is soft, wickable, eco-conscious, and expensive. I'll probably cook up those slogans on basic cotton in the next while.
