I have a question.

I have been doing xfit for about 6 months now. I love the community and of course my box is my favorite place.

It occurred to me that xfit folks probably have many of the characteristics of a good employee. Attention to detail, commitment to measurable results, drive to succeed etc.

I sent an email to the folks at the mothership site to see if they would be opening to creating an official "Jobs" category.

I ask because I am looking for a few techies (don't particularly care where they are located) and hiring xfitters seemed like a good idea.

Any opinions on whether this would be a good use of these forums?

He forgot the characteristics of narcissism, wanting to prove you are more "elite" then those around (always good for team chemistry), probably a couple of other traits I can't think of right now.

That Pic of the OHS and baby is straight from CF Apex- Tanya and Josh Wagners' box(2009 Fittest Women)lol....Ohhh and I'm gonna say the guy in the pic with the baby is Josh Wagner with the couples new baby boy! That kid doesn't stand a chance

Ooooooo...he's so strong, he can OHS 155# (weight plus baby). Look on his face says that this is quite an effort and his knees are STILL caving. It would be one thing to do this with a warm-up weight, quite another to be all red-faced with a baby right in the potential bar-path of a drop.
