They were in their early to mid-50s, but our whole family ages very well. My mom is turning 70 next month and she still looks like she's in her mid-50s, my gramps is 102 and still drives (everyone insane).

well, fc....
gotta say that 68 is tougher than 55. I've been doing this all these years and aging bangs you (or me) hard about 65.
I saw myself falling far behind on treks I used to lead.
So I worked out hard for what I wanted to do: walk up hills.
I'm glad I made this challenge to myself. It forced me to work hard, walking up hills.
I bet I could have done it without working out 20 years ago.
That's the thing about aging. You always think you're 20 years younger than you are.
