I'm going to straight up tell you that I love Prince. He is by far my favorite musical artist of all-time. I also think he is the greatest musical artist of our time. I would put him up there with the Beatles. I don't care what y'all say. The dude's a player too.

Straight dick move for smashing the guitar - later on it looks like his people reached out to pay for repairs, but it looks like an Epiphone of that era is less than $5k and a guitar with a broken headstock is never going to be the same/as valuable. $5 the change in Prince's couch, fuckin' buy the dude a pair of them for amends.
