Soon after the fire started Miller says his son rushed to the burning home. San Antonio Police had to tase Miller's son to keep him away from the burning home. Miller says he believe tasing his son saved his sons life. "Because he would have definitely perished in this fire, " added Miller.

A little perspective:

Soon after the fire started Miller says his son rushed to the burning home. San Antonio Police had to tase Miller's son to keep him away from the burning home. Miller says he believe tasing his son saved his sons life. "Because he would have definitely perished in this fire, " added Miller.

PS - It's a tough call...to say, "That's it, no viable victims. Cease rescue efforts." But it's part of the job. Most firefighters & cops err on the side of heroic efforts.

#12 Back in 2009, an 8-year-old boy in Massachusetts was sent home from school and was forced to undergo a psychological evaluation because he drew a picture of Jesus on the cross.

#13 A police officer in San Mateo, California blasted a 7-year-old special education student in the face with pepper spray because he would not quit climbing on the furniture.

#14 In America today, even 5-year-old children are treated brutally by police. The following is from a recent article that described what happened to one very young student in Stockton, California a while back….

“Earlier this year, a Stockton student was handcuffed with zip ties on his hands and feet, forced to go to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation and was charged with battery on a police officer. That student was 5 years old”.

#15 At one school in Connecticut, a 17-year-old boy was thrown to the floor and tasered five times because he was yelling at a cafeteria worker.

#16 A teenager in suburban Dallas was forced to take on a part-time job after being ticketed for using foul language in one high school classroom. The original ticket was for $340, but additional fees have raised the total bill to $637.

#17 A few months ago, police were called out when a little girl kissed a little boy during a physical education class at an elementary school down in Florida.

#18 A 6-year-old boy was recently charged with sexual battery for some “inappropriate touching” during a game of tag at one elementary school in the San Francisco area.

#19 In Massachusetts, police were recently sent out to collect an overdue library book from a 5-year-old girl.

Oregon State police used a taser on an unarmed, naked 11-year-old girl who was walking down the I-5 highway near Ashland, Ore., at 4 a.m. on Sunday morning (video below).

Pellino then walked back towards Kloberdanz, and before Kloberdanz could finish a sentence again requesting to approach Lingenfelder, much to Kloberdanz's surprise, Pellino shoved Kloberdanz in his chest so hard it knocked him over," the complaint states. (Brackets in complaint.)
The complaint continues: "Pellino shoved Kloberdanz so hard it left bruises on Kloberdanz's upper chest below his collar bone. From the shove, Kloberdanz slipped on the gravel and rolled on the ground, avoiding hitting his head on the gravel. Once Kloberdanz got his footing back, he stood up.
"Kloberdanz did not do or say anything that might intimidate or aggravate Pellino, knowing he had a gun and short temper.
"Again, Pellino immediately approached Kloberdanz aggressively and began yelling
words to the effect that 'I don't need you guys telling me how to do my job,' as he tackled Kloberdanz to the ground.
"While Kloberdanz was on the ground, Pellino yelled words to the effect, 'you're under arrest, put your hands behind your back,' which Kloberdanz did immediately. Pellino continued to scream anti-lawyer sentiments and words to the effect 'not needing you guys to tell me how to do my job' and 'I've been doing this for twenty-two years.'
"At that time Kloberdanz was in fear for his life, and he did not resist or attempt to
fight back.

A Macon police officer was arrested Thursday following a drug raid at her home in Forsyth, according to a news release from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Kontrina Lanette Toomer, 27, was arrested about 2:25 p.m. at 88 N. Frontage Road.

She was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and child endangerment. Additional charges could be added, the news release stated.

Monroe officials notified interim Macon Police Chief Mike Carswell of the arrest late Thursday.

“Of course we are very disappointed in the alleged behavior of this officer, but anyone within our ranks who breaks the law is not welcome in the Macon Police Department,” Carswell stated in a Macon police news release.

Hearing master Patricia Doninger is no longer an employee of Clark County Family Courts, as of Friday.

An I-Team investigation highlighted a case of Doninger turning her back on a woman pleading to her in court that a court marshal sexually assaulted her during a search.

Video uncovered by the I-Team shows Doninger not responding as the woman is arrested by the officer accused of sexual assault.

The I-Team's investigation gained national attention in the past days. Online petitions and phone calls came in to court administration demanding Doninger's termination.

Court administration confirmed Friday that Doninger is no longer a court employee, but declined to explain further.
