My audio is broken so I don't know what he said. His body language looked like he was sorry and concerned for the kid? It looked like an accident to me and more the parent's fault for letting their kids skate under the big guys feet?

Just from body language he seemed real sorry and concerned for the kid. I know I'd feel like shit even if not my fault but I would not tolerate her hitting me like that

The Skaters I grew up with would have taken measures later to get back at her in some way.

Odds are she would have found her car on fire or every window busted out of her house with rocks at about 2am in about 30 seconds before they all skated off in different direction and would be hanging at a buds, getting waisted and laughing about all the pigs trying to find them and getting over on the bitch.

(I've personally "seen" a 30 second window raid once on an ass hole who earlier shot one of the crew with a BB gun. When he ran out he took a piece of brick right to the face and hit the ground holding it and screaming. One of the crew yelled "Next time you fuck with us, we do this with guns and we come inside and all fuck your wife's ass!"

We sat at my place as the cops roamed the hood, having a small party.

There were no more problems from this guy and people would skate right in front of his house after that. Force and intimidation does not always solve problems but it sure as Hell can.

One of this crew did torch a BMW belonging to a Jawa business owner who assaulted his cousin for skating in front of his store. They guy beat the kid badly and the pigs took his side.

Some skaters are just kids others are criminals in training who give not a fuck, fuck with them knowing this going in.

He was concentrating on his trick (and getting filmed doing it) and not watching around him. Looks like a public area not a skate park. Deserved the smacking he got IMO.

No clearly the oneness to watch where he was going was the kid, who came out of his left hand side, not in front of Sk8erboy. Granted kids fuck up but this was not the skaters fault. Eh, I looked at this a couple times for the "had it coming" factor. It seems like anybody riding a skateboard has a blind spot behind their lead shoulder, which is where the kid came from. Even if he'd seen the kid, there would have been very little he could've done before it was too late.

Running without looking where they are going is something that kids constantly do, and they are often very difficult to avoid.

I've seen skaters jump people, it usually ends up with a bloody and knoced out big ass hole who took them as mere kids.

That kid did not mean to hit that little kid and the little kid needed to watch where he was running. I don't think the little kid deserved to get run over but it happedend. It's called an accident but our society in the last 30 years have adopted this idea that someone always must pay. BS.
