Officers say a man and woman panhandling in various locations with their two young children admit to making begging their profession.

Last week, Modesto Police officers followed up on complaints about panhandlers in a parking lot along Pelandale Avenue. Cops found Marian Hornea holding a sign asking for help, nearby Elena Hornea was standing with the couple’s two children.

The couple, from Sacramento, are self-proclaimed Romanian Gypsies; they told officers they use an organized list of locations along the Central Valley to panhandle as their income.

Hornea told investigators he uses his 5-and-7-year-old children to gain sympathy.

In the couple’s possession were two money transfer receipts, showing they sent $2,000 and $1,700 to relatives in Romania.

In the two hours they were set up at the Pelandale Avenue location, Modesto Police say the couple made more than $360 in cash, and several gift cards to nearby restaurants.

Both Marian and Elena Hornea were cited for panhandling and released.

edit: I live in a city ~50 minutes from Sacramento, 20-30 from Stockton, 1 hour from San Francisco etc. The locals on the board probably have a good idea of the general area.

We're starting to see them one city over, often with a brood of gyplets in tow, aiming to tug on the heart strings in order to loosen the purse strings.

Panhandling laws are there to protect legitimate commercial activities. Folks who invest time and capital in their businesses to provide much needed goods, services, and jobs shouldn't be hung out to dry by gypsy trash that won't work for a living. Panhandlers are a public nuisance who run off all but the trashiest of patrons. The cumulative effect is to kill legit businesses and convert valuable commercial real estate into those porch monkey magnet malls that consist of Korean wig shops and cell phone cover kiosks. Pretty soon all you've got left are the panhandlers and 1st round draft pick players of the knockout game. The Koreans make a mint selling weaves to the sheboons, and Hebrew Hammer's people tear it up with their payday loan emporiums. All the decent Americans who get run out of the area (read: god fearing patriotic white people) are left with nothing but broken dreams and bank loans to show for their efforts. And all because of the criminal culture that is part and parcel of the gypsy horde (aka, the niggers of Eastern Europe). There's a reason Hitler threw their filthy asses in the oven, and kudos to the Modesto police for taking pride in their community and running these goddamn pariahs back to their campers. I was told that gypsies stole the first set of nails that was to be used to crucify Christ, and for that, God granted them the right to steal whatever they want, whenever they want, and it's not a sin as long as they don't get caught.

Let me reiterate...the gypsies I've met were not very likable, maybe it's because they held non-gypsies in utter disdain.

On top of 1 out of every 10 babies being born a Muslim, the British are now having to deal with being overrun by gyppos from Romania. The Dutch got in trouble for moving some Gypsies into a special "Scum Village" for troublemakers.

Note to the IGx race police, this relocation was done on the basis of behavior, not Gypsieness. Though I think it's at least "culturisim" to condemn a group's belief based behaviors ( even panhandling, stealing, and kidnapping). "Culturism" is just a type of racism so I condemn it in a civilized society - and you must too.

Lady with two babies was pulling that shit in Fremont. I started yelling "Roma" at her and flipping her off. She seemed a little shocked.

Saw her a couple of days later and so starting calling the cops on her She whips out her cell phone and a car was there to pick her up in about a minute. Still on hold with the police, so just took a picture of everybody and the license plate.
