"Art Of Strength" customer service

Post by Abandoned by Wolves »

Anthony Deluglio's "Art Of Strength" website was offering a workbook to supplement "Enter The Kettlebell" with a suggested 12 week program design for both the "Program Minimum" and the "Rite Of Passage" sections in Pavel's book. It looked interesting, and the clips on YouTube from AOS were well done. So I clicked on the 'add to shopping cart' button and filled in the billing info...only to discover after the transaction had gone through that this was an E-Book in PDF form. (I hate E-books). Having no choice but to proceed, I tried to download the PDF...

only to have my browser and Adobe crash and hang up my PC. I had to reboot to get everything back, and all trace of the book was gone. I had several things to say about this, "Sh*t!" being the least of them.
--------------------------------------------------------------

The 'contact' info panel was not functioning due to a site overhaul, so I went to their forum and posted a request for help with getting a functional copy of the book. I wasn't hoping for much, not on a Sunday, but the webmaster responded to my post on the forum within the hour and sent me an e-mail with the book as a PDF attachment. This worked fine and I now have my copy of the book on my hard drive and a paper copy in a 3 ring binder. (He also amended the ordering/store info to mention that this was an E-book).

I can't vouch for the quality of their products yet, but based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AOS as people who care about their customers and treat them right.

BTW, Dave, I started working through the AOS providence DVD a few days ago and am really liking it. I will get the Rhode Island one too,for sure, though right now 2 minute rounds are plenty. I'm making this my conditioning regime for the new semester as an experiment. I have a good feeling about it.

Providence is great. Newport is too,but more of strength focus. Firepower is excellent as well
