Inzer - customer service

Post by stosh »

Ordered a powerlifting belt on a Friday, got it on the next Tuesday. Found the belt was too small or I was too big. Sent it back that Wednesday and had my new belt on Tuesday, only six days later. Suprisingly excellent service and turnaround in every case.

I also had positive experieces with Inzer, I bought their squat shoes, as well as the 13 inch single prong belt. However on fortified-iron forum their service gets badmouthed.

I had the same problem with Inzer.

Plus, I ordered two bench shirts from them, and even after being on the phone specifically questioning the sizes I wasn't told I was ordering competition fit until AFTER i got them.

I will never order direct from them again. I stick to local vendors.
