If you were looking for one business book for budding entrepreneurs, The E-Myth Revisited would be the one to get. I've got many other beginning business books and many of them are good but this one was rock solid from beginning to end.
The author took the fact that most small businesses fail and used that as a launching point by describing WHY they fail and what you can learn from that. The result was scary for me because he really doesn't pull any punches. He skewered why many of us would start small businesses and makes you realize that if you don't change, you're going to fail like the majority.
It was also interesting that he shows entrepreneurship is all about self-growth and that's a large part of why most people fail -- they won't listen to feedback about what they're doing wrong because of personality hangups. And there are many hangups to overcome.
His constant comparison of doing business to training in a dojo clarified to me the martial arts of business in a way no other book has done.
Highly recommended.

Dave Tate of EliteFTS loved this book and it's on the top of his list of things a potential business owner should read.
