How many of you have access to a sauna and use it ? I?ve got one in the basement and mainly use it in the colder months (twice this week).

Just wondering,as I find it useful as a restorative and it helps me with relaxation as well.Do we need context now?

I like the sauna. Really good for the sore muscles, just have to remember to drink lots of water. I'm not one of the penis having gheys so I don't know about the action in one of those things but I'm guessing its pretty hot (no pun intended).

No access, if I had room I'd buy one of those $2500 IR saunas. I find it relaxing and makes it easy to clear my mind, would probably be even more relaxing if only my sweaty ass had touched the seat.
