I especially liked this part. The only person who was out-right nasty to me at my cert was a chubby little blonde instructor, well, let's call her thick, but the others definitely did NOT like answering questions. But, maybe that's because I'm psychotic.

At the same time I have seen a lot of different Crossfit programs. I attended a level 1 certification a few years ago and I will be honest, it was not a good experience. I disagreed with many of the techniques being taught and when I inquired with genuine interest I was met with an attempt of intimidation and confrontation. Nope, never did get any attempt by the instructors to answer my questions rather attacks on my own personal lifting abilities (although no one knew my background).

Does this mean every Crossfit instructor is like this? Heck no, unfortunate that these people were chosen to help run a certification, but I can not condemn the whole program for some of its misfits. I have also met absolutely wonderful coaches that are incredibly innovative that have or still run Crossfit programs. I believe people like Robb Wolf and Greg Everett have a lot to share with the industry and serve as great role models for coaches.
