Are you fucking kidding me? This is up there with "I can't go to Vegas because I can't stay Paleo there"Val came to the 7 a.m. class on Saturday to hit the workout of the day along with everyone else. Only, this was also Val's wedding day! I don't think there are many brides out there that would train on their wedding day, but Valerie has her priorities straight!

Re: The couch thread
The sad part is, she will be over trained and unable to perform on her wedding night, the sport of fitness is indeed all consuming. I am however looking forward to the wedding party handstand montage.

Re: The couch thread
I hate to even partially defend a Cultfitter but it was the morning of her Wedding day. To tell the truth all she has to do is show up, get dressed, and take a bunch of stupid fucking pictures. And let's face it her fat ass may have needed to cut a few more pounds so she can breath in her dress.

Re: The couch thread
Now this I find funny. One of the multitudes of things that @Fers messed up is the Tabata, by always doing 8 rounds, and doing more than one exercise (4 or 5, if I remember correctly) in a session.Another stupid @F shirt wrote:Tabata...closely resembles labor.
Tabata would tell them that the garbage they're doing isn't his stuff. Hell, he'd probably call them pussies.
He took Olympic speed skaters (oooooh, reeeeeeeal ath-a-letes) and turned them into quivering heaps on the floor with 6-7 (most often, 6) rounds of 20 sec. work / 10 sec. rest of freakin' bike ergometer (hey, a new & different time AND modal domain! wait, they ripped off @F before there was an @F!).
By doing 4-5 exercises of 8 rounds each, @F has only shown that they can work LESS hard, pace themselves (ie. be slow), and pussify someone else's stuff. All in a day's work, eh?
I bet Tabata was able to get insurance and IRB approval too, something @F won't ever do.
