However, on the the other hand, you are correct...very conservative numbers.

It ususally goes like this:

Opener - gimme
Second lift 1 - if opener was smoked, might go for small PR
Second lift 2 - if opener was hard, might go to match previous PR.
Third lift - PR attempt or skip.

If you are an 800+ bencher, your attempts look like this.

Opener: 845 - miss because of shirt groove.
Second: 875 - Put on new double denim kevlar Inzer MONGOLOID Custom. - miss because shirt was too tight.
Third: 915 - good lift. Ricocheted against uprights, but since you were in Shaf's Glory Hole Unlimited Buttfuck Federation (SGHBFF) it was THREE WHITE LIGHTS MOTHERFUCKER!

this. i've bouldered for days at a time and hang dogged on limestone routes that were beyond my climbing skill and my hands looked nowhere near that bad. i actually can't picture how some bar knurl can do that to a hand, unless it had previously never been exposed to knurl.

Yep. No need to mourn for the passing of Snow Angel. We have been provided another gift. And she actually spent the $$ for a good tit job unlike that paper bags full of Crisco that SA stuffed into her pecs. And I guarantee there are naked pics of this one somewhere.

I tried Crossfit 1 day and I haven't been able to lower my arms for a week. The workout was 21 pullups, 21 kettlebell squats, 21 medicine ball tossups, then 15 of each, then 9 of each, for time (no rest b/w sets). I wasn't used to doing pullups and may have done some damage. My arms look like a T-Rex's and I have not been able to lower them the past 7 days. It hasn't really felt any better since the first day. Could I have torn my biceps? Could this just be extreme soreness? Any advice on getting back to normal?
