He alternates between asking the posters at APF Outlaws if he's too fat, and if he should hang up lifting, or advice on how to eat even more food.

Of coarse some Fugly, trendy Lib Cunt on Facebook reads that, she will shit herself over the "Child abuse".

It takes a special kind of person to chase obscure world records...

Last year a mutual friend of Shafwhack and myself met Beef IRL at a Highland Games. He was completely unaware of Beef's Internet-Famous™ status, nor his legendary strength (More powerful than FOUR Connie Chungs!); he thought he was just another fat guy in a kilt.

My guess is he's just doing his thing and spending less time talking about lifting online, like most strong folks.

A few weeks back while the regionals were going all hot and heavy I saw this on the gaymes site

http://games.crossfit.com/video/front-r ... south-west

Front Range @bok sets a world record for team event 1, whatever the fuck that was. I guess we'll see a whole new slew of random world records for random fucking workouts, it doesn't get any stupider than this.

It's not hard to set a world record in an event that was designed for one competition and may never be seen again.

But thinking about this, if they start to keep "world records", then the events will have to be repeated in "sanctioned" competitions. People would start training for specific events just to set a WR. The CF concept would implode. I think this is already done at something called the Olympics but with real sports.

That gun thing is mind-boggling. I barely even like going to public shooting ranges, much less playing human skeet-launcher (I assume they're practicing tracking the medicine balls?).

If you're going to do dumb shit like that, get a fucking blue gun.

Just because you said this, I am now more certain than ever that it will most certainly get worse.

Indoor rowing has already established world records....why haven't any of the @Bok'ers gone on to break those records yet?

But, the Internet would be 100k posts poorer if you actually lifted.
