One of my favorite @Fit pics. It's just so absurd.
You find bumper plates disturbing, I find this disturbing.

"...Beelzebub acknowledges Satan's trial of God's might, bewails loss of Heaven, and the punishment the fallen angels are suffering, though this will not be alleviated by death..."
In John Brown's video, he probably isn't squatting deeply enough. The Dynamax ball is probably too high for him. (I would be interested to know his height). You will note that the "touch" each time stops him from really getting deeper.
If none of you has never competed in the O lifts, you don't have to squat down to a Dynamax ball to get the lift. You might not know this.

It does seem like the goal of the 15 x BW OHS is yet another way of @Fers justifying their training while avoiding ACTUALLY COMPETING AT AN OL MEET.
i bet you could count one taint scented hand the number of @fitters who can do 15 BW OHS. They would be hard pressed to find a lot of the dolts who can backsquat bodyweight x15.

Seriously, does she have her own photographer following her around?
I think she likes to get multiple pictures of her GS lockouts so she can compare how her different workout outfits look in action...cuz, you know, it's all about being funkshunal and stuff...

@Fers don't have to compete at any real sports, that's the magic right there!
In @F snatch world, one can power snatch, press out, touch a knee to the ground, drop the bar from overhead...
You mean there aren't Dynamax balls at USAW comps to measure depth? I thought they used them at PL meets too?!? I'm confused... [/sarcasm]
Who is the distributor of these confusingly colored bumper plates? I find it irritating.
Dude, I'm fairly certain those are those plastic hi-tech plates that weigh no more than 3.75 kilos a piece. I'm not shitting you. I'm pretty sure that white one is 3.75 kilos. The black one is 5lbs. Not sure about the read one.
Why in fuck's sake would you put six plastic composite "technique" plates on the same bar. Oh the humanity.
My 12 year old daughter can crush that. Seriously. She's got some WL comps under her belt. I think with about a weeks worth of coaching, my 9 year old daughter could as well.
The cool thing about training is that becoming more sexy is just a side effect........
The IGx folks have been far too polite. If they would stop wanking around trolling blogs and dissing each other, and would instead unleash pure hate, bile and evil, I'll bring the popcorn.

Fuck. We've been on that task since day 1...back when Shaf was the only cogent crossfit apologist.
the programming has been outed for a long time. now it's all about the people...

The important services IGx provides encompass much more than @fit.

Hahahahaha! An entire fitness modality just for being photographed and posted on the internet for other self absorbed asswipes to jack to.
