But is it functional across broad time and modal domains?

Only Couch knows for sure.
In honor of the 33 guests, I spammed 33 affiliate pages.

Isn't this their RRG lawyer? Couch dosen't want facts. Here is a fact, all of the "old" guys doing @fit have gotten no better.
Steve Rakow gave me a lot of help with starting an LLC in Maryland. Nice guy. Too bad he doesn't have the sense to get off the Kool-Aid.
The wall ball is one of the few exercises that rivals the stupidity of the med ball clean. Not even Jim Cawley likes the way CFers uses his med balls and his business must have exploded along with CF.

Jim Crawley is a great guy. The site is filled with great pdfs and videos. The Dynamax 6 and 8 pounders are the best things I have used for my young throwers.

I hate going off topic on this thread, but it looks like we are sneaking towards half a million views. Now, I am good for 10,000, Gary for 25,000 and the Xfit lurkers 125,000.

Where is the rest of the traffic coming from?

This shit is embarrassing on so many levels...
Please let the gayness stop. A noble profession tarnished by queers and women.

I should have snapped some pics as I drove by some of these doing their "elite" jogs around the block today.
