I don't see how you can not enjoy anything Tyson's Punch-Out related (unless you are not in my age group) regardless of Silva allegiance.

Word from Silva is that he is absolutely devastated about the loss. He was quite fearful of the bout on the night and cited the fact that GSP got inside his head. He also said that he rates John Danaher (who reminds me of Satan) who was in Weidman's corner. Given the pressure swing to the Weidman camp now he HAS something to lose, I think we might expect to see a better handling of pressure for the rematch by Silva. He is 2:1 favourite.

For the record, Proto, I am not 14. Even if I was, I would have more sense than to let you show me "the power of body to body massage".

Who do you think would win in a match between Silva and Dave "Superfoot" Wallace?

The real question is, who would win between Anderson Silva at UFC162 and Anderson Silva on December 28th 2013. Chris Weidman is now a known entity: strong, confident, super-athletic, great takedown and ground and pound, good stand up with an ability for an unexpected killer punch. He's also good at the Jits. Silva is almost more of an unknown coming into December. Will he actually work harder than ever, fight harder than ever, strategise better, execute better? Or will he just try the same again and trust his methods and ability? We'll know 2 minutes into the fight.

Only 158 days to go.

Personally, I have decided to train myself with renewed vigor so that I will be in great shape on December 28th. I've been training like this now since UFC 162 and crucially, I've really take. My nutrition to THE NXT LEVL. Early days, but I've ramped up my weights, cut out all junk, gone to bed earlier and I'm feeling fan-fucking-tastic.

This is a CHALLENGE to the. Weidman ball-suckers, to do the same. To see if you have the STOMACH for a long BATTLE with yourSELF and ME.

Gorb, are you issuing a fight challenge or a fitness challenge? Or are you just being motivational?

Why can't it be all of the above?

I would think it counterproductive to winning to motivate a potential opponent. MINDGAMEZ???

Very drole, gentlemen.

I know FIRST HAND what it takes to go proper low carb for that sort of physique. It takes a toll on a man's HUMOUR. Had Hitler cared about his abz THAT much, he'd have been a right cunt.

Gorby, what role if any, does Wheaties play in the diet of both of these fighters? It is the Breakfast of Champions after all. Could someone who's not championship material benefit from eating Wheaties?

Wrong...the People's Champion Chael Sonnen has announced a return to the middleweight division following the Shogun fight.

Very few things in life beat Booberry.

I wonder if I could eat that. Is it made from real berries?
