Despite that well reasoned out arguement, i overrule you. i don't care what folks do, hell my brother is @fit certified and has even humiliated the family by being on the @fit website, but nutswinging for the couch despite all that is evident to the most casual observer, leads to no other conclusion.

i guess he is one of your philly boyz, and maybe he is a good dude. i have met very few people in person who are serious trainers who are not, but he is defending the promotion of crossfit at a competing site.

Over ruled. (I always wanted to be judge and jury.) You need to parse out your insults more carefully. Jason has been a CF owner and posted CF related material on sites other then CF for years, so "new coach nutswinger" is not accurate. He has also battled Couch on various matters of National Kettlebell Security like a quiet professional.

My criticism of the couch has been steady since his NYT debacle article years ago. i don't care if Jason does @fit and i hope he makes millions of dollars doing it, yet he is a @fit franchise and is supporting advertising those franchises on DD. It is just wrong to advertise @fit at DD when @fit publicly disdains DD, not to mention that @fit is home to folks with huge axes to grind with the DD folks.

He is also guilty of couch nutswinging.

I haven't seen the DD stuff, so I can't comment upon that, but I was told, by a reliable source, that Crossfit Philly really had to look long and hard about whether or not they wanted to continue their affiliation with XF.

i have avoided affiliating with any and all sports celebrities so i can call a spade a spade, and a nutswinger a nut swinger, and it has cost me some money and a few friends. i think most of these programs border on the cultish and are targeted at yuppies who think they can capture their mainly never was glory.

@fit just happens to be dangerous and led by a broken down pied piper. "Thinking about" or strongly considering" leaving the cult doesn't impress me. Some of these RKC/@fit folks seem to be pretty good athletes, they just have no integrity.
