The story behind

I have no doubt that it can be done. But for the form-centric preaching CF crowd, I doubt the C&Js look anything like the C&J in the Burgener demo vids (confirmed by watching several youtube Grace's - jeez). Just confirms my notion that Oly/PL lifts for time are bad mojo.
