Thank you Steve. This board used to be a good place but it was taken over and ruined by foulmouthed and ignorant degenerates. Please come back often and share your CrossFit experiences. Bring your friends because I think there's hope that some of us here will get it if you don't give up.

You are a sad little man. Since none of us actually "get it", let's see you put up some of the numbers that many of the folks here do on a regular basis. Your life revolves around working out and yet you do not make any money off of it since despite what you day @fit is not a fucking sport, it is fucking crosstraining.

It is this kind of sentiment that codifies why I hate @fit. It is full of stupid shit heads that see it as their life. I am an avid fitness enthusiast...but my LIFE revolves around working on my career and spending time with my wife, not working out.

See methodology-wise isn't fucking religion, its methodology.

Shit that Steve posts are from those in the cult. I never bought into the cult. I will buy into high intensity exercise paired with something else. That isn't new, but I like the package so to speak. They accuse me of never liking CrossFit - they are right in a way, I never liked the cult. I never liked the moderators of the boards. So in that way they will always be correct.

As I've emailed directly with Glassman, he's got a great thing going for himself. There are some people in there that really want to help others and do a great job of it. There are also others who can't see past their own egos (a common issue I see here as well).

So I showed the world what a bunch of asses that run their forums, who cares, it will blow over and I'm enjoying myself on other forums.

you should post more. you should get some of the hotter x-fit women to post here. this crowd tends to like amplitude in its women, but personally, i prefer trim chicks and would love to relate, interweb-wise, with some of the exercise-bullemic and amennhoreic x-fit hotties, especially if they are younger and less diseased than shari. we've got gravel roads arround here that aren't as hard-worn as that woman. but some of your other friends would be more than welcome.
