If you really want to know- this what the very dedicated coolaide drinker crossfiters (the ones I know) are doing.

Chicks:

Cycle 1: 5 mg of anavar 1x daily for 12 weeks
Cycle 2: 5 mg of winstrol 1x daily for 6 weeks, 10mg winstrol 1x daily for 6 weeks
Cycle 3: Androgel (2x weekly) and anavar 1x daily for 10 weeks

Guys:

Cycle 1: 2 amps of sust a week
Cycle 2: 2 amps of sust a week, 2 mls of nandrolones a week (2 shots weekly, each is combined in one syringe) 20 mg of dbol or oral turnibol

Pussies afraid their balls will fall off (most crossfit guys):
1-5-20 mg of dbol/oral turinbol/winstrol/anavar a day or on workout days only

What is a good modern source of vitamin S knowledges? I haven't kept current from a decade ago, but it looks like some of the old names are still around. I never saw a need to venture past T-Cyp and Deca myself.

Anthony Roberts book is good. He discusses basics and is an athlete (I think low level rugby but at least it's something).

William Llewellyn's is very large but I think has some suspect advices as it is really written for male bodybuilders only and is sponsored by several dealers.

Cypionate is good enough for a lifetime, IMO.

Fuck Deca.

How to get college kids ready for @Fit:
If you're looking for a prep course, teach the 9 fundamental movements using nothing more than PVC and a basketball. It is impossible to hurt someone with that little weight. Once their form is good, slowly add weight and do WODs scaled. Add in other basic movements like KB swings, thrusters, C&J, snatches, HSPUs, kipping pullups, wall balls, and GHD work in the same way.
