What is a good modern source of vitamin S knowledges? I haven't kept current from a decade ago, but it looks like some of the old names are still around. I never saw a need to venture past T-Cyp and Deca myself.

William Llewellyn's is very large but I think has some suspect advices as it is really written for male bodybuilders only and is sponsored by several dealers.
Cypionate is good enough for a lifetime, IMO.

How to get college kids ready for @Fit:
If you're looking for a prep course, teach the 9 fundamental movements using nothing more than PVC and a basketball. It is impossible to hurt someone with that little weight. Once their form is good, slowly add weight and do WODs scaled. Add in other basic movements like KB swings, thrusters, C&J, snatches, HSPUs, kipping pullups, wall balls, and GHD work in the same way.
