Anavar or winstrol
Either one, ~5-10 mg a day will buff a chick right up given that she's paying attention to training and diet.

No, this is ELITE FITNESS. Get with it, jerkie.Hey all, I have been doing Crossfit as a back yard privateer for roughly 3 months now, and I really dig it. I've lost thirty pounds, and started to recover the body I had before my last high-stress job 4 years ago.
Anyhow, one of the things I loved about crossfit was that with the varied exercises, I wouldn't aggravate old injuries and get shut down. If I started to feel my IT band act up, there probably wasn't running the next day, for instance.
However, it seems to have now caught up with me, and I feel like I've broken everything all at once. My IT band is always tight, so I stretch it. My patellafemorral (sp?) issues (weak VMO) are very aggravating, and the PT isolation exercises aren't keeping up. And finally, between picking up climbing this summer, and the pullups, I've given myself elbow tendonitis. Tendonitis has always been a problem and is one of the things to sideline any athletics on my part very quickly (wrist issues for 3 years from computer-work, shoulders, wrists, elbows at other times).
So, I have decided to take some time off. Niggling injuries not going away, and feeling kind of beat generally, sounds like overtraining.

This next guy obviously doesn't know how to scale, fo shizzle...As I finished last weeks "ladies" My shoulders were in serious pain...not musclular pain either. Rotating really gave me problems. But I've taken 3 days off and now the pain has started to subside. I'm assuming I pulled or strained something or pinched a nerve but wanted some input. Symptoms included random pain in the socket as well as in the axillary area. After that pain, my hand would get a little tingly and then everything went back to normal. Any ideas?
http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=51909
@Fers can sometimes super-illuminate the old "definition" of insanity, can't they?I have had RC tears for three-plus years with accompanying pain in both shoulders. I have been advised to get surgery (I am 64 y/o male, been active and working out all my life up to two +/- years ago) but cannot afford it.
The pain just keeps getting worse though.... What can I do as I save up for surgery? I mean I'm not doing much now as I feel every pain is a little more damage but WTF, it can't be helped.
I also popped the proximal biceps tendon on my right arm last spring and the left one feels like it's going too. Aaargh... I feel like I'm coming apart.

The woman you speak of is Lisbeth Darsh, owner of @F Watertown. She is part of @F HQ and in charge of the @Filliate blog. She is like the Iraq information minister we all loved. She is as completely lost as the other kool-aid drinkers, but she is not as caustic. She "moderates" the @filliate blog heavily (or at least most of the crap I try to put on there).
The videos are done by @F by Overload, which provided the big-titted women we were looking at last week. The 700cc brunette to Couch's left is Paula, co-owner of Overload.
Couch proudly proclaims that he doesn't even return journalists' phone calls anymore. He communicates to the cult entirely through the @F propaganda machine:
* mainsite
* affiliate blog
* radio
* journal
* videos by Overload
* full production by that queer Sevan guy
***
Castro outdid himself at the Austin seminar. Between trying to pick fights with people and making an ass of himself, he managed to piss off some of the few people in @F that are still respected in the normal world.
Every good cult reaches a growth stage where it turns on those that got it there. The purge has begun. Stay tuned.

Re: The couch thread
Greg Everett's presentation was Saturday. It was on (how @Fers generally suck at) the OLs, and why they should consider getting better at them. A snippet of his presentation is here. This is obviously before Asstro decided to have his shit-fit.
Pudding wasn't present for these shenanigans, maybe he knew what was going to happen.
In the middle of Everett's lecture, in front of everyone, Asstro throws out comments like calling Everett a "fat fuck".
Immediately after Everett finished, before he could even take the mic off and in front of the entire room full of people, Asstro grabs Everett's shoulder and gets in his face. Asstro launches into a tirade about [insert whiny cult voice here] "why don't you do everyone a favor and unaffiliate because you obviously hate @F!", etc.
Dutch Lowy breaks it up inside, only to have them end up outside doing the same thing. Mind you, this is at a @F where the only thing separating the attendees from this crap is a garage door. Apparently Asstro was so pissed that people observed him to be visibly shaking.
Robb Wolf, Rutherford, and Dutch came out to the fray and apparently told Asstro to STFU. Everett tried to walk away, while Asstro kept following him spewing more bile. Next, Jeremy Thiel tries to intervene diplomatically and get everyone (read: Asstro) to cool it.
Dutch then told Asstro to leave. Asstro said he wanted Dutch to tell him to leave in front of everyone. Then the bullshit started again, with Asstro not leaving.
I've heard that couch has even banned Asstro from talking to the @F subject matter experts (like Rip, for example), even though he's their logistics/scheduling guy, because he can singlehandedly get people to leave the fold.

I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Asstro is a silly fuck...Jesus Christ that jerk-off pisses me off...always smacking that motherfucking gum.
The better end to that situation would have been if Everett would have broken that shitbag fratboy over his knee and pissed on his lifeless corpse...motherfucking spic.

Re: The couch thread
Cultfuck HQ has to dance on a REALLY narrow line here b/c the minute they start dictating the quality of the product at their "boxes," they risk being labeled a "franchise," and will have to start paying a LOT of taxes at the state and federal level for each and every "franchise" the've started the past few years. Can anyone say, BANKRUPT??
Tax evasion only works for so long. Eventually, Couch (HQ) will have to start controlling things more directly or the whole enterprise splinters. It's a Catch 22, and they know it.

Re: The couch thread
They're getting closer. HQ is doing a lot more off-line "persuasion" on its affiliates, how to behave, what to say, what to do, etc. Between affiliates blogging and doing their own certs, HQ is losing control. They sent their lackeys to disrupt Greg's deal. Before that, they set a crew down to monitor one of Welbourn's @F Football certs (the jackasses showed up in 3 rented Escalades).protobuilder wrote:Cultfuck HQ has to dance on a REALLY narrow line here b/c the minute they start dictating the quality of the product at their "boxes," they risk being labeled a "franchise," and will have to start paying a LOT of taxes at the state and federal level for each and every "franchise" the've started the past few years. Most of the big names will be gone within the next six months. They're already trying to replace Rip with Louie, Dave, Jim...anybody who will listen and accept a little gin money. The other specialists have also grumbled about lack of quality and standardization in the level I certs.
Proto, the other side of franchising is increased liability for Cooch. Should be a good year, eh?

Break out the popcorn and bring in the Lay-Z boys. This has been brewing forever.
Only the money keeps everything from blowing up.

Re: The couch thread
Oh it would be an even better year if a well-placed letter to a federal tax authority were to surface, describing this "virtual" company model that Glassman has "pioneered." This could be the perfect storm--bankrupt states such as California are chomping at the bit to find new tax revenue.Gin Master wrote:Proto, the other side of franchising is increased liability for Cooch.
