Funny how things have changed. The only @fit event I ever attended was a O-lifting seminar given by Burgener back in 05. Back then the men in attendance were all either strength coaches, gym owners, or @fit "elites" like Admunson, J. Everett, Wolf, and Mike Minium. The chicks were either "elites" (Eva, Nicole, Annie Sakimoto, Lani Lau, etc) or hippie granola munchers who did not shave their armpits nor use deodorant (I attribute this to the Santa Cruz Factor).
Now, all the male attendees are attention seeking douches with bad tatoos, boardshorts, wallet chains, and (insert one) Affliction/Tapout/@fit T-shirts. The chicks are attention seeking wannabe badass housefraus with trampstamps and a penchant for fucking alcoholics. Kinda makes me wish I would've waited before giving them my money.

Seing that the asshat in the picture had these visitor plastic overshoe thingies on, he was just hanging aorund the non-sterile zone of the OR being a retard.
But clowning around while having a real person on the table to work on is a huge risk factor.
The photo's probably been taken in a training setting, but even if that was training for med students, it's supposed to be a course for them to learn how not to fuck up once these situations get real. A guy getting photographed doing handstands against a wall should be immediately banned from taking the step 2's, get a crossfit certificate and become affiliated so he can score girls by telling them how he went to med school.
