Trying to jump from crossfit to IGX is like trying to jump from Super Mario Brothers to real combat. Maybe at some point you should have tried Call of Duty first.

I vote that all crossfit rejects/failures must first join Dragon Door. Then after a stint at Dragon Door, maybe, MAYBE, they come over here.

Two problems with the rejects -
1. They are not leaving because they realized how stupid crossfit is. They are leaving because coach hurt their feelings and sense of community.
2. not realizing how stupid crossfit is makes them stupid. actually feeling hurt over the antics of "HQ" is stupid. Feeling that the virtual community of crossfit was a community is stupid.

that is a trifecta of stupidness invading this forum

I have come to the sad realzation that some legal problem will be the only thing that can trully 'end" @fit. Some IRS problem, or SEC violation could do what couch can't. I had hopes with the black box, but Rob and Greg will leave and Freddy Camacho and Dutch and Welbourne will all send their regards and offer support, but not fucking leave. DOZENS of new douches take the place of older douces and Jay Assram and the likes will spout off about Westside Method and how they have programed like that all along. They will still feed the troll and the troll will still let Shave and Bony do what they want to do. I think the bonus here is that they are getting to that place where the WAD will be "did a hole for time" and "roll back and forth for time" just because they "can". Making a cunt like Shave Astro MORE bold can only result in hilarity.
