You guys really got to work on your insults. Your shit isn't even offensive or funny - it's just retarded.
You're all going for quantity over quality.

For you old boys not on facebook. I know this is what she wants, but id prefer to encourage her to continue rather than see the end of those titties

I'd say on the bottom of that self-actualisation pyramid shit, proper decent coffee is in there with wifi, tits, food and shelter

A knob from Prescott, home of the King:
Numbness on the side of my thigh
I couldn't find anything related in search, so if there is something and someone could point me towards it, I'd appreciate it.
Over the past few days, I've noticed a mild numbness on the outside aspect of my left thigh. It runs from the glute all the way down to the knee. It's superficial, and not total, but feels the way skin does when Novocaine is wearing off at the dentist. I have no pain in my back, legs, or anywhere else. I've had something similar in my right foot, and am wondering if I somehow "stretched" a nerve doing something like GHD situps or similar. Anyone have any thoughts? I've been meaning to book an appointment with a chiropractor who works with our box, and this may be the catalyst.

Derek Cederbaum, forever injured and brimming with teh GHEY:
One year of CrossFit to the very DAY!
It is a very exciting day for me. One year of crossfit exactly! It is an amazing feeling comparing my life today to what it was a year ago, not only physically, but in the terms of my frame of mind and happiness.
To start off, I am 27 pounds lighter, with much more lean muscle mass. I went from eating terribly large portions of bread and sugar-filled meals and constant cravings, to barely eating any sugar or bread ever, except a once-a-week cheat meal. Times like Fran have gone from 16:14 to 5:59. The filthy 50 from 48:40 to 32:46. I've gone from being able to do 12 pull-ups to 36 straight. Dead-hang pull-ups with 70 pounds to 115 pounds. The pull-up pyramid I went from 14 rounds to 19 rounds and 15 pull-ups.
Unfortunately, in the past 6 weeks, I have had an injury in both wrists that has prevented me from progressing at all. Maybe I overdid it, maybe it was bad luck, maybe it was bad technique during a workout. I haven't had a coach or anyone else to train with, so I never was able to have an outside view of someone to correct me. Even so, I consider myself to have quite good technique, though I do understand CrossFit requires of you to have Flawless technique.
From day 1 to this very day, I have understood that to progress in anything in life, it requires that you put in "110%," or everything you have, plus that which you think you do not have, only to find out that "it" is there. The "it" I refer to is the courage to do something that your brain automatically tells you that you cannot, but you tell your brain to ***** off and do it anyways. I discovered this during my first crossfit workout, when my brother told me that I couldn't stop because I had more in me. To this day, after every workout, I am on the ground, panting, out of breathe, sometimes in a bit more agony than I should allow myself to be, but always pushing a little further past my subconscious limit to the conscious limit that most in the outside world don't have the guts to reach.
Because of this knowledge and truth I have gained through crossfit, I have learned to push myself passed limits that most would end on. In college, I have learned that if I want to progress and get the best education and the best job possible, I must push myself further and harder than how hard I worked the day before. I must use flawless technique and not waste time in learning material irrelevant to course material, and to not screw around online or give up in the middle of my homework or studying because "I'm tired" or don't think that all my energy is required for me to do my best.
And while of course it may sound like I put pressure on myself to be "the best," I only push myself this hard because I desire it, and feel no pressure, but satisfaction from the results I attain in anything I desire to do or achieve. There is no pressure for me to work this hard, only the realization that through hard, effective, thoughtful, and patient work, I can achieve what I always complained or feared that I thought I couldn't do. And I don't work this hard because I want to be the best compared to everyone else, I just want to be better than who and what I was yesterday. I have CrossFit to thank for that because CrossFit taught me that as long as I am better than I was yesterday, then today I am the best that I can be. Whether it is working out, doing well in school, or simply being a good person, doing the best that you can means that you are being the best that you can. And nobody in the world could ever ask more of me.

Or maybe, just maybe, it was the 100 pull-ups and push-ups you did on 11/16, the 45 thrusters and 45 pull-ups on 11/17, and the 45 "cleans" you did on 11/18. Just fucking maybe.Unfortunately, in the past 6 weeks, I have had an injury in both wrists that has prevented me from progressing at all. One postive thing I can say about this picture is that Lord Farquaad had to clean that massive weight and press it to get it on his back.
