Another sucker buys into the "I puked, so it must be a kick ass workout." Maybe in a year he'll figure it out.To start I'm 23 yrs old 6'1 176 lbs and haven't worked out since July
So today was my first day of Crossfit. [The] first WOD was "Cindy" , so after 20 minutes of 5 pullups (1 round on own all other with medium band) 10 pushups (after 3 rounds had to do them from knees) and 15 air squats....
And about 20 mins later puked!

Three dudes came down with one of the masters throwers to a Games last summer. All three of these guys turned the caber and one guy took first in the sheaf. We called them "Dale's Ringers".
Anyway, they trained Crossfit style somewhere in middle/Northern Michigan. One tall skinny dude was all fast twitch and he threw the 56# ~18', IIRC, at a whopping 175#.
Three dudes came down with one of the masters throwers to a Games last summer. All three of these guys turned the caber and one guy took first in the sheaf. We called them "Dale's Ringers".
