Shari - Watch it? I'm not intimidated by your threats. You should take your own advice. The things you're saying about Brendan are considered slander. You're a liar (make a note of the correct spelling of this word. You got it wrong up above).

It's really your true colors that are showing. You're 40, a mother of two, a trainer who helps the unfit become fit and are on the internet calling a healthy, strong, woman FAT. What does that say about you?


I'm not proud of my last post. I'm claiming temporary insanity. I can not believe I even responded to the same, played out hate that Shari spouts daily with more negativity. That was lame on my part.

You'd think she'd have run out of energy from all the begging she did for Brendan to take her back. Instead she's still going with her anger, jealousy and bitterness eight months later.



This back and forth (which has really been a one sided campaign against Brendan and me by Shari) is over. It's juvenile and negative and I refuse to play into it anymore. I don't get anything out of it.

I took a momentary dive down to Shari's level. Embarrassing. I'm only here to apologize for the nasty thing I said about Shari's appearance which was out of line and out of character and to check out the other HCWDBs.

No more from me, but don't worry IGX boys! I guarantee there are more false accusations about Brendan and more pathetic attempts to insult me on the way! Ms.K's immaturity will never let you down. So stay tuned for more of her posts!

(p.s. your statement above "I'm 120 with real tits" cannot be true. We have seen the photos of you at various weights, and your breasts do not change. Breast tissue is made up of mostly fat. Your boobs, if they were real, would have changed size with your weight gain and loss. Your trust fund or settlement from your previous employer paid for those funbags.)
