Shit doesn't make sense to me. Rip has no part of @Fit, but the Wichita Falls Athletic Club is still listed as an @Fit affiliate. But there is no @Fit URL for Wichita Falls and other than @Fit Football, @Fit is effectively dead from the WFAC site.

A person trains in a competitive environment most of their life, retires and feels a vacuum. Cultfit provides the "community" and sense of purpose that was lost. Eva gets to remain a "somebody" with an audience.

Real athletes finding @F after their sport is becoming less and less an oddity, hence why long-term @F metcon junkies are finding they are getting their asses handed to them by first-year @F "rookies" because the real athletes spent a long time building a strength base.

Josh Everett was a Div. III hurdler before @F, if I remember correctly.
