B-Boi view cam bears repeating. Her best pics are natural and rolling over on that has to be a very good thing.

2. Reebok will start to want some control because of the money involved
3. You will see legit athletes compete and mop up
4. Globo gyms will start to affiliate to capture this marketing craze and offer "classes" like they do aerobics

There are more... let's see what CF does with this. Its going to be interesting.
5. It really won't go anywhere, but @Fitters will feel really special for a while. They might show up on ESPN2 (or whatever the lowest tier of ESPN is these days) alongside pool and poker, being about as boring. CF will become more and more about "the sport of fitness" and less about "anything you can do, I can do better".

#4 will definitely happen for a bit. As for #3, depends on what you mean by "legit athletes", but if you mean Div I or II (or III) athletes looking for something to do after college, yes, but that's the way it's always been.

Items 2-4: Already happening, I'd wager. 2 for sure, 3 is evident by less-than-one-year-experience mopping up all over in @F comps. As for 4, Gold's here in town was pseudo-affiliating through a local @F and doing small, caged-in "functional fitness" centers within several of their globo-gyms. Simply the early stages of @F as dishonorable aerobics.

As for 1, the best they will ever do is some @F highlight reels shown late at night on The Ocho. Watching @F comps is more boring than watching PL meets, and it doesn't bring the circus freak factor that professional SM on TV does.

5. is right, you know it.

What I mean by legit isn't ex-college athletes, I am thinking along the lines of professionals in sports like CFL or other not-so-well-paying pro leagues. Maybe that's not going to happen, but somewhere along the line you are going to see something like that. If they money is there, it will come.

I just like that the supposed "method" will have ceased to matter almost completely in all of these scenarios.

The WOD becomes completely meaningless the further along Cultfit gets. The "intellectual underpinnings" that were the brain child of Couch become completely superfluous and outright ignored.

Couch doesn't matter. All he argued for is pointless.

All that's left are wallet chains, hot broads, and gin bottles.

His only legacy? Spicing up cross-training for a few years.

Fittest Man in the World" new spokesman for Reebok

BOSTON -- Graham Holmberg, a Newark High School graduate named "Fittest Man in the World" in July, signed with Reebok Corp. as a spokesman for Reebok and CrossFit.

The signing occurred at Reebok headquarters in Boston, and Holmberg spoke to more than 500 employees at the annual meeting.

The 25-year-old Capital University graduate is the owner and trainer of Rogue CrossFit Gym in Gahanna.

Holmberg won the 2010 CrossFit Games in Los Angeles in July. During the competition, Holmberg completed nine grueling challenges requiring him to run, lift weights and complete a series of strenuous exercises. He beat out 50 men from around the world.

Ninja Warrior.

Or BMX.

Or XFL.

Kind of sort of maybe x-fit will find a spot.

Or maybe TRX, RKC, Gym Jones, all Thunderdome style.

Wipeout is way more popular than @fit will ever be. "Fitness" plus mud, assorted crap, and senseless violence. @fit will never be more cool than that.

Reebok just wants to sell PVC pipe and overpriced medicine balls. I wouldn't be surprised if they come out with cheap fake oly bars rubber ball bumpers for group fitness classes like the body pump barbells. They're not afraid to look stupid to make a buck.

It will be glorious!

Kind of like The Gorilla.

When Reebok ruins @fit(!), WGM GYM will be there to pick up the pieces.

2, 3, and 4 are all correct. 4 will take off higher and faster once the legal teams have a solid waiver form drawn up for the Elite to sign before training.

@ssfit sectionals.

I think this little fella's experience of the gaymes is going to be typical now that the money is flowing in.

Whoever did this video has a load of others up on @ssfit. Some are pretty funny too.

Why is Jay Ashman even around? Fucking leave! The good thing with this is Reebok has a long history of pumping resources and promo into a secent prgram and then completly abandoning them. I work around some group-X people and Xfit came up at IDEA and the consensus was that everyone would like to cash in on Xfit, but there really isn't a good way. It won't fit well into a gym or group fitness class and you can't sell gear and videos. The Step, Coreboard and Cycling programs were all left for dead by Reebok with a ton of bitter gym and club owners who spent the time and energy to get the gear and education and 2 years later Reebok was done. This will be no different. You can't take a Zumba class and tell them to toss PVC pipes around and leave after 15 minutes...not gonna happen. I don't blame the guys for trying to get paid. Lipson, Orlando, Khalipa are all getting a pay day and as much of an asshole as Shave is the dick gets paid 6 figures to drive decent athletes around the country and watch work outs

Well, we hope the three are getting a payday. They seem like decent folks and there's probably money flying around, but who knows how much sticks to them?

Nice! B-Boi needs to get back on the Tren. I have never seen anyone drop that much size after dropping gear. GOMAD or something he is smaller than she is.
