The real joy comes from the number of "Top" Elite @fitters whose glutes don't pass the test. There's been a lot of butthurt from people with 1x BW backsquats that the test isn't "valid."

Lift big eat big? The haterz will say there's not much of either is going on here. The haterz will say that it's not a good sign when the plates are cropped out of a picture. But can those haterz wear a weight vest and half a roll of physio tape when deadlifting 100kg? Hardcore!

I still don't understand how random is better than progressive and planned. If we applied that model to parenting, medical care, or accounting, we'd have some big problems to deal with. I came from the “grass-roots” class of CrossFit, throwing down with a rusty barbell, in a gym smaller than my bedroom, surrounded by shirtless guys and ‘puke’ buckets in every corner.

It is for anyone. Not just the elite or the underground circle of tattooed, chiseled abs, “fire breathing” ninjas that I (thought) had once been exposed to. Anyone can do this. ANYONE.

It's not for people who demand statistical or scientific evidence.

It's not for people for whom falling off gymnastics rings onto their heads is a foreign concept.

It also isn't for the multitude of people who suffer rhabdo while doing it.
