Hi, we have just validated an athlete's score but now it's showing as withdrawn. What could be the reason for this?
And then here's Liz, pumping irony, as usual.

And judging by the comments, with that post she probably succeeded in making her CFHQ sales quota for gaymes entries.

I'm hoping beyond hope that she reaches the regionals. Finally, a @fit gal you can really pull for.

from the games fb page
Is there something wrong with the credit card system on the site? I'm trying to pay my money to register and I got a wierd message saying the transaction was accepted, but that information couldnt be sent to someone. It said to double check whether or not I am getting the service I paid for. Wierd, but my profile is still saying I need to pay the $20. Need answers before the deadline today, thanks!!!
My log in on two computers leads to a false site.I presume it's the same for everyone.
Is anybody else having trouble signing into the CrossFit Games website? I get a security warning that the server is being identified as something other than games.crossfit.com - possibly a hacker.
I am trying to post my 12.1 reps but when he says to choose the affilate location I did it at, it says Crossfit E3 is invalid - even though it isn't?? is there supposed to be a drop down list to choose from?
The CrossFit Games
‎12.1 submissions are due at 5 pm Pacific today. No exceptions.
and it looks like the porn star is the new spokesguzzler for @fit
The CrossFit Games
‎161 burpees, on video. How do you say "beast" in Russian?
is "beastsauce" the answer they were looking for?

Holy Fuck, this is to good to be true.

Meet Shokhin Danila. The man at the top of the 12.1 leaderboard for burpees. I'm not knocking his accomplishments but I am rather surprised the elite @fitters couldn't beet an unaffiliated russian gymnast

I've thought for a while that as the Games gain in popularity and purse, that legitimate athletes will start competing and the winners will all have training programs vastly different from the fundamentals of Crossfit.

Is there no record of the Glassman character assassination on Dan John anymore? It all seems like it's purged. If it's not, someone post a link to it, since it doesn't seem to be in this thread.

Forget that Shaf? That was the best thing to happen to DJ as his career took off from it. Glassassination is the best compliment one can get.

Let's focus on some Russian Aerobics guru blowing burpees out of the water better than the "fittest on earth"

He may never be able to move heavy weight, but who cares...

I am actually preparing to renounce crossfit hate and personal attacks on the founder and employees at HQ. It's just gone on for far too long, and it feels like negative karma.

The Renunciation of the Shaf is at hand.

The only reason I check this thread anymore is to see if porn stars are doing the wad. If she recruits her porn pals, I'm joining whatever box they're wad'ing at and getting ready to destroy fran all over again.

Well, that is too bad. I got it on a pretty good authority that GG is "Pukie the whatever' on Facebook. These trips I do really clarify some things. I was told that crossfit lowered American battle readiness by 50%, but I found out it was more like 75%. This is Crecy or Battle of Agincourt level casualties. Now, I apologize if I had anything to do with any of the injuries...from my short relationship with this, but this is stunning stuff.

Now, I know a lot of things but this was something that staggered me. So, let me say this with full candor and honesty: I'm glad Xfit purged (if they did) any and all things DJ related. As all of you know, I feel bad for both Greg and Lauren for a number of reasons. Certainly, things are looking up, but I can only be thankful that my family and friends have been so good.

Having said all of that, Tiffini is NOT to be messed with about all of this. She is not forgiving and forgetting. I'm serious here...and, if you know her vocation, it is worthy of fear.

Dan. The vindictiveness and lack of any apparent humanity on certain individuals parts is a touch disturbing. I will, as always, have your back, and despite the incident being, in the long run, beneficial for you, the fact remains that it was a nasty incident and a blundering and somewhat incoherent attempt at sullying your name and professional reputation. The 'style' Pukie displays is certainly familiar

This is insane. I'd heard this before. Any hints on the source of this information? You know people will be crawling all over it.

I'll be surprised if there aren't any RB, LB, or DB from DI trying to compete in the "games" especially with the prize money being offered now.
Take care and please.....................stay safe.

The Army study is illuminating, but like those steroid studies on untrained freshman, the "problem" isn't with getting generally fit people generally fitter. That is pretty easy and we all know that everything works. It's with the hypercompetitive "tip of the spear" kinds. Oddly, a program that injures and makes people wear certain clothes and is like the kids who smoked under the bleachers seems to have an appeal. Never ignore the importance of community for people. So, with its faults, like everything really, it is a strong draw for a lot of people. Zumba classes and instruction is overflowing with people. Literally at one of things I went to, you couldn't get through the door. This is part of my next next book.

My issue isn't with the effectiveness of an 8 week run of something like that, under intense scrutiny, it's the implementation of this and it not being supervised...A spec ops guy who like crossfit whose job is to train other spec ops guys is like setting the fox to watch the hen house.

Just read the Crossfit White Paper for the first time and I need some clarification.

1) Robb Wolfe's website is not allowed to be mentioned on the forums but GNC is allowed to Sponsor the games?
2) There are to be no mentions of Greg Everett or Rippetoe on the forums but the teachings of CF Endurance are thought to be true?
3) Glassman doesn't like exercise science because it is unsubstantiated. However, there are hundreds of studies proving that @fit.com wods lead to elite fitness and athletic performance?
4) Greg Glassman loves booze and wrinkled khaki's?
