The Pit joins forces with CrossFit

6/21/05... This weekend The Pit Master and Corby Poulis worked out with and learned the World's best workouts with the increbible CrossFit affiliates and trainers. Not only did we get certified, but The Pit also became an CrossFit affiliate...CrossPit. Working out with the CrossFit people is such a humbling experience. These are the best athletes in the world, and The Pit will benefit immensely from this union.

A fucking SCAM supplement that supports the UFC & some of the fighters.
Shit is the same as everyone else's, but with fancy packaging,, alot of advertising, and costs 3X as much.

Marc, I need your advices. After a 30 year layoff in MA, what XIENCE product would help me win the UFC, assuming that I train hard for 6 months? (I will hit my TKD katas real hard.)
