Re: Ziplining

Mon 10/7 Back squat – 135# for 3x5 <-- better depth Bench press – 135# for 4x5,3,4,3 Let-downs – for 3x1 GHR – partials & negs for 2 sets of 5 Adduct/Abduct – 145 for 2x6 (I'm not sure that "145" really is pounds. Or maybe the pulley system is weird on this machine) _________________________________...

It's been a while since this board was functioning (much like your dicks) so let's have some fucking training discussion. I have thought about it. But I greatly despise the hucksterism and state of the fitness industry.
So set a new standard.

I'd make a point of buying it too. I've found your suggestions very helpful.

By the way, the redheaded chick who offended everyone at the Correspondents Dinner? Grating voice? I forget her name, but she used to be a write for Seth Meyers' show. Anyway, I watched her special on Netflix sometime in the past year. "Nice Lady" or "Nice Girl", something like that. Enjoyed it. My ...

Re: Bill Burr: Paper Tiger

I heard on a video or podcast somewhere, I think it was Bert Kreischer, that the average person only watches a comedy special on Netflix for 20 minutes. Oh – I think they were talking about what they do IN THE ROOM when they do a show. Where honestly the people are pretty much stuck in their seats ...

If you prefer to think of the flow in the other direction, fine, I chose the words I did carefully because in your illustration people would be fleeing a repressive society but you can't describe Mexico as repressive. Retrograde, yes, but not especially repressive. Repressive or not, I thought the ...

Dying. This is the funniest goddamn thing. Burr's peak is still I'm Sorry You Feel That Way (2014). That thing still kills: every moment is gold, pretty much all the way thru. This one's pretty good. I wouldn't believe everything you read, certainly not from (((The Times))). Don't be that easy to manipulate. Re: Exercises for knee pain?

What kind of knee pain?

I had twinges in my knees when I would bend to do Ippons or Ogoshis in judo class. The twinges were at the top, around the insertion of the quad(s). Simple leg extensions helped.
