This, ladies and gents, is @F. Despite their marketing, @F doesn't make women hot. There's one hot chick and a couple good looking girls. The rest are subject to the 1-12 beer scale.
This guy's talents are clearly wasted on the CA forums
Exactly and since day one CrossFit came out the gates with sheer arrogance:
1) Redefine fitness on their own terms
2) Attack body builders
3) Attack endurance athletes
4) Attack power lifters
5) Attack any sports athlete
6) Attack physicians
7) Reject & attack established exercise science, accreditations, educations
8) Reject & attack specific sports science and strength & conditioning
9) Make their own certifications, attack & reject any other
10) Attack military training
11) Reject & attack established exercise physiology
12) Claim they produce the world's most elite athletes whom are more superior than anyone else
13) Claim everyone else is mentally weaker than them because they do not do their workouts
14) Make up their own fitness terms that they view superior than anything else
15) Make up their own "science" that they view superior than anything else
16) Insult people that do not follow their own "science"
17) Invented their own exercises, and attack anyone how doesn't do them
18) Challenge any and every sport to their "fitness competition" to prove their own dominance that they view superior than anything else
19) Ignore any notion that their incompetence cause injuries because they view its superior than anything else
20) Character assassinate people that have revealed CrossFit injured them
21) Character assassinate people that out perform them in their own workouts
22) Character assassinate people that raise concerns about their irresponsible programming
23) Attack olympic weightlifters implying that they, CrossFit, and they alone are saving olympic lifting worldwide
24) Say Olympic champion decathletes are "mentally weak"
25) Now rejecting and attack epidemiology research and establishment
26) Reject, insulting and attacking the Framingham Heart Study and Harvard Nurses Study
27) Redefining "health"
28) Made CrossFit Endurance, which is a thread on its own
29) Made the CrossFit Games to challenge people & prove their dominace to their ridiculous concepts
(I wonder why CrossFit is hated on so much hahaha)
30) Get a multi million dollar sponsorship with Reebok

Hahaha, so yeah, how could a more productive influence take place? hahaha
And to just index this thread while I'm numbering:
1) All original 30 something issues of the CrossFit Journal are completely based on wrong information, I mean seriously, if a student in exercise science cited that information in a paper; it would fail. Devastatingly.
2) Greg Glass plagiarized Supertraining's definition of fitness, work capacity, and general physical preparedness, while attacking the authors
3) The science they apply to their training is COMPLETELY off base; they apply physics, yet completely ignore physiology, kinesiology, and biology
4) NONE of the CrossFit HQ members have ANY education in exercise science, kinesiology, sport science, while they attack anyone that does
5) CrossFit.com hasn't produced any top level Games champions or performances
6) All the "elite athletes" Glassman has proclaimed he has produced hasn't competed in the Games

9) Glassman doesn't even do his own workouts
10) Retired athletes from other sports, at the same age (40+), are actually fitter than anyone on CrossFit HQ
11) Dave Castro, director of training, has a 24 second deadlift, meanwhile Greg Glassman attacks navy fitness director for flipping a log
12) CrossFit is afraid to compare their performances to any other established sports
13) CrossFit.com doesn't even follow the programming they sell for $1,000 at their certification
14) There's like 90 cases of rhabdo in their own messageboards, the most rare and extreme form of cellular breakdown
15) SLAP tears also
16) Many many established S&C, Track, and professional sports believe CrossFit is an irresponsible and irrational program
17) Athletes with a more developed background in athletics come in, dominate CrossFitters at their own workouts, are labelled as elite CrossFitters, get a Progenex sponsorship

I wonder if it'll get to the point that linking to their forum is blocked from the CF boards like this site and, for whatever reason, startingstrength.com.
tZG: At one point, Links going from IGx to CF.com were redirected to gay bondage porn sites. This caused quite a stir the first time someone ended up on boundgods.com

Shit, for a PI lawyer ginning up some business, the @F injury forums are hotter than the Glengarry leads.
I wonder how many sheeple will sign up for the 2-day "striking" cert at $600 a pop. I could get a lot of time working in the gym of a local boxing coach for $600, and probably come out with a hell of a lot more skills.

A lot. It's hard to look good hitting the mitts and shadowboxing in your lullumons when real athletes are busting their asses and sparring all around you. Plus their are too many brown folks at a boxing gym and we all know that'd make the pencil necks and soccer moms nervous.

I grew up learning to box with the "brown folks"... tell those @fit idiots to save their money and go to the local PAL.
I hate how MMA has taken a pure sport like boxing and turned it into trendy bullshit.
