Lawyer, please!. Anyone who knows some shit can put anyone through a workout that would make them cry. It's not hard.

JR can do shit that very few of the metcon crossfit monsters can dream of. JR can do a average crossfit workout. An average crossfitter couldn't even unrack the weights he's using.

So, quit being such a fucking retard about it.

I think that'd be the same if CF Philly came to Marco.

Marco: Outrolls some of the GJ's boys. So, he's got a fucking handle on his own conditioning, wouldn't you think?

I wasn't talking about conditioning, he of the deep conditioning knowledges, Shaf. Jason has been rolling BJJ since the early 90s and is freaky good and freaky strong.

I can tell you that Jason's relationship with Couch is not one of jock sniffing. And I guess Jack missed that CF Philly has been open for years.

Go work out.

Like me or not, I know more about this shit than most. And put it to use in some form or another. Just because I'm not a "professional" doesn't mean I couldn't be.

You gotta hand it to couch. When you have douchebags tattooing your brand name on themselves, and dragons, you have some skills.

Is that a dragon or a butterfly on that guy's chest?
Cuz I've never seen a guy w/a butterfly tattoo. It sorta conveys, "Prisonsex me, but first, light a scented candle."

I can't tell. I can only look at the photo while wincing painfully.

The guy in the picture and others like him are going to live to regret not spending more time on stuff that puts gas back in your tank.

The @fit franchisees will save @fit from it's PR problems.

It's ridiculous to call someone out by telling them to be a fitness entrepreneur. There are way more factors that go into that decision than fitness knowledge.

No, that's just the way we roll over here. So sit back and enjoy the shitfest or you can do as many burpee's, squats, and pull ups til you vomit if that'll make you feel better.

Sarcasm is stating the opposite of an intended meaning especially in order to sneeringly, slyly, jest or mock a person, situation or thing. It is strongly associated with irony, with some definitions classifying it as a type of verbal irony intended to insult or wound.[ An example of sarcasm is using "that's fantastic" to mean "that's awful".
It is used mostly in a humorous manner, but can express annoyance or anger.

Sometimes, I think we need a quiz to pass before you can post in this thread:

Example:

Q1: Who was the first trainer Couch savagely attacked in a drunken rage, and what particular phrase did that trainer use do describe the way Couch walked?

A1: Josh "Puppy Dog" Hillis and "Gangsta limp"

Shit. I totally nailed that question and you gave away the answer.
Next?
