CrossFit changed my life. I view my life in two parts, the part before CF and everything after. It is more than a religion, it is my life. I spend as much time as possible working with CrossFit, reading about CrossFit, going to work shops and lectures and certifications and gatherings. You people are too weak minded and weak willed to "get it". You never had what it takes to make it in the sport of CrossFit so you spend all your time making fun of it. CrossFit is the greatest gift you could be given, and Coach and Lauren gave it to us all for free and you feel the need to denegrate it. Makes me sick. Steve Rakow CFOCMD
