I think last night I saw the start of CF being marketed on the Biggest Loser. Jillian said to one of the guys "You're doing metabolic training which is circuits of full body movements" or something close to that. He was then shown doing thrusters, knee to elbows, and skin the cats...all classic CF drills. Either CF is getting teed up to be an actual sponser, or Jillian is simply going to do a Twight and saying blow me, I know more about training then you ever will, and you didn't invent pullups or circuits.

It would be funny seeing Fat Old Couch explaining in court how he's the authority and the hottie with the hip bones and veins in her arms copied his program.
