My university's gymnastics club requires that its members be drug/alcohol free. I'm not going to say that I would drink if I were not part of the club, but as long as I am a member, I'm not going to even consider it.

1. That's not my style, as you guys know.
2. It's not addressed to you; I don't have to convince you guys that something is whack with the program. It's addressed to CrossFitters, partially as a response to my being banned and partially as a wake-up call for them.

Hopefully they won't hit the snooze.
