So, Greg and Robb can put their own stuff at Catalyst in Sunnyvale. That way, I can get my brother to come out and join in a couple of day Omnicert. I live about 20 miles away from there.

When Glasshole went off on Dan back in January 2006, Dan kept asking me to please don't do what I usually do. Wasn't easy, it was a short drive to Santa Cruz.

Coach Glassman said at the 101 that there are 'people' out there trying to improve CF without providing data, let alone top finishers at the games. CrossFit is CrossFit and so far no one has been able to produce the results that Coach has produced---and when someone knocks down CF without proof it would piss me off too. I was not there but can imagine the bullshit running through Dave's head.

The story goes, and this is secondhand too, that Lisa caught Eddie Lugo with his hands in another cookie jar, and her good 'friend' couch convinced her to toss his ass out of the gym and divorce him. They do seem to be spending lots of time together.
