I think this calls for a more in-depth probe of the proposition

I haven't met a true douchbag in some time. I guess I'm kind of isolated, though, because this place is full of Michi-douches.
That's usually, but I've met him. Douche, for sure (I admit some bias against California being a backwoods hick and all, but I like most everyone else from there, so...).

Didn't know water polo was a power sport. I played it for a few years, and damn, it's brutal, but there's nothing on the water that could be a power sport.

From a good friend of mine who competes in Triathlons:

It's tough to take BMac seriously, because I have a faster PRs at the full and half-Ironman distances triathlons than he does (no joke, and I was around 225# for them all); however, the CFE programming would work for someone with an already established aerobic base. I've spoken with some Hawaii IM guys, with whom I've showed the CFE programming, and the consensus among them is:

1) DNF boy has zero rep in the IM community as an athlete/coach, they only know him as the POSE guy
2) The CFE anerobic WODs would be a great change-of-pace for one season max, for someone who has been doing LSD style for quite a while
3) You still need that one long run, bike, or brick workout (bike then run) every 5-10 days...and no a one hour time trial does not count Mayor McCheese

What can I say...I still love triathlons.

Fucking Gold. BitchMac is sadly dragging down others who did have a good rep in the IM and other endurance sport communities. Wunder-wussy (aka MaxW) is a lost cause.

Maybe there comes a time when you realize that all your buddies are douches, then all of a sudden you realize that you, too, are a douche.

Does that ever happen? Imagine the shame of self-douche-realization.

Reminds me of a joke.

Jim Bob and Bubba are picked up by the police to identify the body of their good buddy Deek.

They get to the scene, and the guy's been shot in the face. Jim Bob says "Turn him over and pull down his pants."

Disgusted, the cop does so.

"Nope." says Jim Bob.

"It ain't him." says Bubba.

"How can you guys be so sure?" asks the cop.

"That's easy," says Bubba. "Whenever we'd walk into the bar, someone would say "There's Deek and them two assholes."

I was in Dick's Sporting Goods this morning to get some new shoes and what did I see?

A Reebok display of booty shorts and funky kneesocks.

Why is it that every "non-conformist" movement results in all the followers dressing and acting the same way, using the same language, and eating/drinking the same stuff? Why do they call it "nonconformity" when their ultimate goals are to become exactly alike? (And they will all talk about how unique they are.)

CF is nothing more than a fashion at this point.
