I'm down for buying that.
Could be a new line of old school lifting shirts. And not the stupidity of @fit friendly 70's big and the gay ass Texas method nut huggers
The CrossFit Games are a Burning Man, Olympic weightlifting, track meet party wrapped in fucking spandex booty shorts. You stagger off with a sore ass, a headache and a smile.

unless they were backloaded....
i keep checking the labels and I cant find them. Does whole foods carry backloaded carbs?
I dunno Blaidd, I like this whole carb backloading thing. A "diet" where it's perfectly acceptable to eat cherry pie at 10 o'clock at night, half hour or so before bed. I could really get behind that, as much as I love pie and all. And you have to admit, people have been doing much weirder things lately with what they eat.

Didn't your coach take pie off the menu?
Yes he did. His exact words were: "You get 200 grams of carbs a day. I guess you could eat pie, but only 200 grams of carbs worth of pie and knowing you, that'll never fucking happen. So no."
He also took bacon cheeseburgers off the menu, and dairy in-general.
I gotta laugh at Keefer and carb back loading because the majority of folks getting results are heavy aas users. Dan Duchaine stated, long ago, that steroids solve a number of problems while dieting that are much more problematic for the non drug user
Muscle loss
Hormone issues
Drive and energy
Most of those fuckers could have added 50-100mcg of T3 to their stack and got the same results
Now, I don't think it's all that bad an approach to a more heavily training individual in a kinda IF format, since lean gains itself is the kiss of death if you do more than lift weights 3x a week and walk vigorously
